I'm not familiar with this character, but this artist obviously can create a miracle within this narrow space (especially compared to the gigantic painting of the Message in a Bottle), and he or she even used the wires mounted outside this building to decorate it as the hair tie for Elf. Great talents are around us. ~VVV~
