After some in depth Internet searches, I can't definitively say what this flower is. My best guess is a variety of Wild Geranium. Below gives a description:

Wild Geraniums, also known as Crane's Bill, are found on Vancouver Island, particularly in moist woodlands and forest edges. It is adaptable, resilient, and blooms repeatedly from spring through late summer and fall. The seeds are forcibly ejected from the plant, making for an intriguing show during the later months of the season. Important pollinator plant for native bees. ~ Native Plant Trust
