Not exactly sure how the sailboat ended up at the bottom of the boat ramp, but seems like things are not going well. I watched for awhile, as various people came by to offer suggestions and help, resulting in no change to the owners predicament. It seems that they settled on waiting for the tide to rise and then floating the boat off the ramp. Until then they're keeping their fingers crossed that no one needs to bring in or launch a large boat.
