Fifty tries, with and without colored lights. Preparation was finding a good White Pine cone, cleaning it, putting it in the freezer, misting every 2 hours for two days. Set in a tall glass, upside-down and right side up, elevated by a 3lb coffee tin in front of a blue kitchen wall next to the sink. Tripod of course trying many different settings. This was my best.
