Take two shots, one in focus and one out of focus. In Photo Shop use
the move tool to move one image on top of the other.

Using the eraser tool bring through what you want.

I then desaturated and added a warming filter.

As Dale said, It looks like it is floating on a cloud.
It is actually it's own bouquet.
