I waited for a night when it was pouring rain. There was almost no pedestrain traffic. The few there were, with a 30 second exposure don't register. -Claude

After some post processing I've replaced the original image. Very excited about this image now. - Claude

Nice pic, especially with the reflections on the wet tarmac. Taillights effect wasn't necessary. Some window shoppers would have been nice.
