American Wigeons

I took JV's suggestion to crop more. I would like your thoughts on it. Personally, I like this better. However, because of the heavier crop, you see more distracting noise in the background.

Excellent capture, with both of them in good focus and well-lit.

Good to have tried, I tend to agree with Heather, and its good that you left a lot of room for the ducks to fly into!. JV

No matter what you do to this image of the Wigeon pair, I'll still like it as it shows
the ducks markings and the green patch on the male is catching the light perfectly.
You could select the background and use the noise reducer. Super shot!

I guess the positive about this is at least there's a catch light in the eyes, lol.

You're between a rock and a hard place. Either have a clearer view of the main subject and more noise, or a not-so-clear view and still a background you're not happy with. DonnaE

Thank-you Donna E,
Yes, there is already background noise in the other and this heavier crop really emphasis it, :).

You've already got background noise in the first image displayed. I like this one better, but then that's just my opinion. DonnaE
