I concur. This is a very heavy crop, more than 50%. I did try to crop it more, but then I started to lose detail. I actually would've liked to crop more off the top.
One of the reasons I joined this club, was to associate with others who enjoy taking photos, but to also learn from them and hopefully improve. I appreciate any helpful suggestions that you or any other member can provide.

Nice subject, I would try to fill the frame, they are kind of lost in the image, not being critical, just trying to be helpful JV

Great shot of flying American Wigeons, sometimes called Baldpate. The drake has the green on it's head and it shows up perfectly in your image. The bird flying with it is a hen American Wigeon and probably it's mate as they are pairing up this time of year.
