Very nicely captured, but slightly over-sharpened on the eye. Also, might I suggest using a noise reducer on this image. Otherwise, it's stellar!

These guys are so hard to photograph. If you can get close enough for a good shot you have to deal with the contrast of black and white. This shot is excellent. Well done Eric.
