OK! I went back to the Raw file and checked the RGB values for the light parts of the sky and found some values were above 250. I reduced them to no more than 239. Some of the RGB values are equal beeing R=234, B=234, G=234. This will be white but not over-exposed. The rest of the shot became very dark so I used Element 6, magic extractor and layers to select that part and lighten it. That was a good exercise and I think it has improved the photo. I will leave the other one so viewers will see what we are talking about. James T.

Wonderful valley and delta-looking shot. Puts things in great perspective. Here, too, though, perhaps you could reduce the sky colour a bit to minimize the overexposure of the clouds. Otherwise, a wonderful image.
