I like the paddle positions and the fact that that eye is drawn from the lower centre out towards the top of the photo. The reflection of, I think, a post or pilon to the left of the top rowers is a bit distracting, as is the shoals in the top left-hand corner. Both draw the eye out of the photo, so you might consider cloning them out. Otherwise, a eye-pleasing image, with all the colourful clothing.
