RCMP helicopter at Hecate Park this morning after the double shooting. The BC Air Ambulance left earlier in the morning. Cowichan Bay Road was blocked by the RCMP from Hecate Park to the Maritime Centre for most of the day. The other images we have are of the RCMP officers and I don't think it's advisable to put any on here.
