Beautiful image. The corner-to-corner diagonal really works well. The flowers tell the story of the (great) caption. Excellent eye. Ed Maxfield

The muted hues, including of the background, help bring out the vibrant last hurrah of the two flowers. I'm glad you didn't brighten this scene, as the lower light level sets the mood nicely. A wee bit sharper would be nice, although in this case, the softness may be part of the mood of the photo. Very well done. You have a great eye for catching the significance of what you see. Gail R.
