Flying Power

I know nothing about these but it looks like an F16 ?. The sound is deafening and by the time I heard them they were already in the horizon. I'm amazed that the focus is as clear as it is from being hand held with EF 100-400mm L IS Lens in manual mode. There were several apparently in training maneuvers that circled around several times.

other sizes: small medium original auto

A plane being in the sky looks right to me:-) Looks good now Troy.

Thanks J.V. and you're right but I was too lazy to clone in a moon or sun or buildings or clouds or landscape or anything really.

I work with a bunch of guys that love any aircraft picture, but I think they need clouds, buildings, landscape, the moon or sun, or pretty much anything else that'll give them a little context. - J.V.

Thanks to you too, CJ. Appreciate it. I'm finding that manual mode is quick becoming the favorite mode for me. Not as difficult as first thought.

Thanks COAm and Rod. I sharpened a bit and dropped the size per your suggestion Rod. Thanks for the tip.

It's tougher then it looks catching these things as they don't exactly slow down for you. Well done Troy. -COAmature

You did do well Troy, I gave this a sharpen & dropped the size down to 700 on the long side & it came up quite well. I stuck it in Pending.

Powerful indeed Troy, and pretty good focus for manual! :-) CJ
