Hadn't thought of cloning out Ryan in the background. Simple idea that should be effective. I doubt I'll have time to get to that before voting begins. Thanks for the tip anyway. -Doug

Nicely done in B&W Doug & the look on the young lad exudes confidence in a foreboding looking place. The picy works a lot better for me wiv the boy in the background cloned out, it might be just the brightness of him but when I hold me finger over him the composition really snaps in stronger.

Thank you ladies. The great outdoors makes summer time in Colorado special. -Doug

Wow! Well done. Love the background with the child... A lot to see here but still focusing on the little one. So glad you could get in!! jano

With the lighting and look of your son, good one.
How you did it, I can just see him worried about you.

It's not that I didn't want to play this time around guys, I just didn't get any real opportunities. This is from a hike up to a cave this afternoon. It was very dark in there except for a beam of light coming from a crack in the cave above me. I climbed up until it got too narrow and one of my adventurous boys followed. No flash here just me and an OS lens. -Doug
