Good one ! Usually people want to clone out the wires but these add to the background. :)

Thanks Carole, Lydia, Doug & Cat:-) Mmmmm Power lines as a topic, that might just work so I will give you all me votes this challenge Lydia:-)

I actually have "Power Lines" on my list of possible challenge topics if I ever win... *sigh*

This is a wonderful, quirky image, Rod. ~Lydia

Great composition Rod - those wires really add to the image! The colors look good too. I wanted to get a shot of one of these signs but you beat me to it, besides, I didn't have any wires near by! :-D CJ

The creative angle makes it interesting while the extra whang insures the topic. -COAmature

Thanks Mary Anne & Gerald:-)

I think the colors work a lot better now, Rod.

Very musical indeed, Rod, I associate the wires with a stave of notes so no guitar string is missing. You have so nice yellow traffic signs in Oz. -Gerald

Thanks Penny & Tommy:-) Great observation Tommy, I didn't connect this with the guitar strings. I'm starting to do wonders whilst whanging Penny:-)

your whang bar seems to work quite nicely - and I really like the lines and the big circle too. Penny Street

I can't help but think of a guitar pick with those wires even with what would be an extra string. Colors look good at this viewing. -tv
Rod 26-Apr-2008 22:03
Is this any better? I've added some more yellow to the sign wiv the whang bar:-)
Rod 26-Apr-2008 21:35
Thanks Debi:-) Yes these are the fluorescent type, I was even getting a rainbow on some shots which made the picys look girly:-)
ctfchallenge26-Apr-2008 16:21
Yes prob the sign is fluorescent. Nice POV - Debi
Rod 26-Apr-2008 13:05
Yes I think Yesbut had the same comment on his motorbike picy. These reflective signs seem to be a greenish yellow. I will try & yellow it up some.
ctfchallenge26-Apr-2008 12:45
Can you make the sign more yellow, Rod? It looks kind of greenish to me.
