Glad to intrigue you, Kiki! It's not all that puzzling really, they are planted about three feet apart. It is all in where I decided to stand, at a close enough angle I was able to make it look like the trunks overlap. Here's a shot from the other side of this row. ~Sharon
Intriguing picture. Noticed it before.. are these actually alive and growing? They do indeed seem to be, but stand so incredibly close, so I'm still puzzled.

There was some mention when we first discussed this topic about showing some trees as part of a forest. We came to the conclusion it couldn't be done, trust a girl to prove us wrong:-) This is fantastic Sharon & a real treat for the visual senses. Wonderful picy.
