Nice bird, great colors - but a slightly disturbing background. This one could survive a crop and some PP, imo. To clean up unwanted regular patterns like here, there exists a slightly complicated filter for PS, which does something called a "Fast Fourier Transform". Does an amazing job once you get the hang of it. There's a free version as well. Link to tutorial:

I dunno.. perhaps a simple mask and blur would do the trick instead - less fuzz and much quicker, but also more visible.
