Very cool! 8) The high dynamic range makes it look like a screen shot from a racing game.

This has a sort of modern Norman Rockwell tonality.. also his thoughtful construction. The tones seem unnatural but friendly. -tv

Thanks for reducing it! I really like the effect of the filter on this. I can't say why but it does have the feel of southern California to me. It almost looks like a car ad you would have seen in a '50s Life magazine. ~Sharon

d., this shot is too big at 260KB. Please reduce it to 150KB or 153,600 bytes as soon as you can. Thanks! ~Sharon

I love LucisArt filters. There was nothing wrong with it other than needing a bit of curves adjustment b/c it got too bright. That's all. :) ~ Lonnit

Thanks for the input. Regarding the speed...I was in drive...honest. And, I do have some shots where I am going rather fast. Anyway, some little magic and now I'm breaking the law! About the processing...the first one was done with a bit of Lucis. I like Lucis but maybe it was too much. dtallakson

Nailed on the speedometer! LOL! The processing is fine, you just need to tug down on the dark end of the curve to give this more richness and contrast in the blacks. ~ Lonnit

Two things, d. First, you're parked (not "Driving...). That speedo tells the story. And second, something in the PP doesn't do the scene justice, i.e. too much grain/noise and highlights/shadows(?). Anyway, its nice to see that SoCal landscape (grew up there). Cheers, -mikey
