Thanks for fixing it, Armin! I really like the cropping on this shot - it gives us lots to ponder! Good work! ~Sharon

ups, thanks for this warning, made an error on saving, should be corrected now!
sorry! Armin

Armin, this shot is too big at 252KB. Please reduce it to 150KB or 153,600 bytes as soon as you can. Thanks! ~Sharon

thanks all, I have a Hopper book, shot the picture from the book, printed it small enough to glue it onto the box wall :o) ...if you look closely, you will see, that it's not really flat since it already started to come off again...
Cheers, Armin

OH, CLEVER BOY! I hadn't seen the first painting before, Armin. You've added another level to this. How DID you get the painting in there?
Thanks for pointing the original out to us with the link, Kelly. ~Lydia

Nice idea and cleverly executed.
I like the lighting...

now see, the art reference was lost on me without Kelly's note :( but now I get it. I thought this was interesting and creative before, but now so very clever. good one! - b.c.

This is thought through Armin, but Edward Hopper's "A Woman in the Sun" (see link below) may not be recognized by everybody - it certainly wasn't for me right away and so it made me go looking. Regardless, the question is how did you get his painting into this image? Full marks! - Kelly

*slap* Feel better now, Lonnit? *grin*
I like this Armin. Weird. It interesting that you didn't show her face. The anonymousness is stark and compelling. ~Lydia

OH NO!!!! DON'T EVEN THINK IT!!! I'm drawing the line here... I will NOT, I repeat, NOT, NOT, NOT be replicating this image with a self-portrait! OH, the temptation is killing me! I do not do nudes, so let's just nip this one in the bud right here and now! OH, how do I stop the wheels from turning in my head??? NO NO NO!!! Stop it! Ok, baseball... think baseball!!! Hmmmm... I have a teddy bear.... OH, somebody slap me hard!

LOVE the picture on the wall. The whole thing is just perfect. How sad... the idol has so fallen that this is how she enters her elder years... living in a cardboard box. Tsk, tsk... I must say though, the bod! The ol' broad never let herself go. Well, she never did have kids - so the breasts stayed perky and the belly never stretched out - but still, for a seventy year old broad... yeow!

I'm sorry... just placed my brain back into it's proper seat within the cavity - I should be ok now. Please resume to where you left off before I interrupted. Oh, and by the way, truly fantastic job. LOVE IT! ~ Lonnit
