Don't feel bad B.C.; I got home on a redeye flight a week ago today and went straight in to work where I have been every day since- and it has snowed here in Seattle too. It was nice to get in a little sun though :-)
This is on Kauai near the SW corner, tons of construction going on that will change the feel of the little town nearby no doubt. The earth was quite red everywhere on the island.
