In a sea of conformity, there are always standouts

Outdoor pot shop, McKinney, Tx

Although individually painted, the shapes are overwhelmingly the same.

Thanks Ann. My neighborhood (except for the trees) is rather drab. We had to go looking in a town 20 miles north and off the main road. John

You were right TV. I just have to get over my hangup of cropping out so many things of interest. There are some fantastic sun - faces hanging on the wall above. John

I can hardly see the figures down at the lower left, which doesn't convey your idea well. This needs is a closeup of the "individuals" to make the point. I love the colors and all the fantastic detail among the similar shapes. -tv

Drove by this pot shop in the afternoon sun in a Hispanic neighborhood in McKinney, TX. I couldn't get over how every pot was individually painted but they all looked the same because their size and shape were about the same. There was gobs of them. Then I noticed the little individuals hidden in the sea of sameness. John
