Thanks, guys. As for size, I have increased my dimensions b/c now that I have my new monitor - 20" Dell wide screen, things are looking smaller than my old 19" CRT. ~ Lonnit

Nicely done Lonnit- it's that time of year. Funny, I just left a comment for RK on the previous image about the rather small display size. You came to mind as I was writing that as it seems quite a lot of your images are displayed rather small. I like seeing this one bigger and hope you post more images this way. I'd put worries about people stealing your work aside, at under 800 pixels a side the chances of that are still quite low.

Lots of interest in this shot lonnit, everything is competing for our attention, the reflections are a nice touch..

I pretty much just saw the floating leaves and said, "Ooooh, clutter! Pretty colors." and shot! LOL! My thoughts were about as shallow as the water! LOL! ~ Lonnit

Solidly on topic, Lonnet. Extremely difficult liighting because the leaves quickly bleach out, or is this just your signature contrasty style? This is what I think of as an 'overlay' shot, or what my painting teacher referred to as "cross fertilization". The strongest elements, say, are the leaf pattern overlaying the ground pattern. I like the third overlay of the blue water reflection but it has a minor role here. Maybe it deserves its own crop. -tv

I'll have to ask the trees to make the path messier then! LOL! ~ Lonnit

Of your 2 shots of leaves, this seems more on topic as there are other messy elements like wood and rocks. Nice fall colors too. CJ
