Thanks for the nice words, all. I guess there are different kinds of 'vivid', yeah!? This was taken with an EOS-D30 that I sent to Life Pixel (www.lifepixel.com) to be modified for IR only. The RAW version was white-balanced and then I used the channel mixer in PS to get the blue sky. I also modified a 'cheap' Canon EF-S 18-55m f/3.5-5.6 to remove the "-S" so I could use it on a camera that didn't "know" about the -S when it was made. The less expensive lenses seem to work better for IR, apparently those with "fancy" new color coatings don't. The -S_ectomy worked well and I've had good luck with this lens. It seems very sharp at the smaller apertures and it works great on the D30. Cheers, -mikey

Nice shot Michael! It definitely qualifies as vivid IMO!

It may not have a lot of bright color, but it would be a shame to move it to where it might get viewed less. Great shot Mikey. - Neo

Now that I did have at my place. You have them looking as dramatic as they were. Nice job Mikey. -COAmature
