It's the ole rose coloured glasses that lets us recall how good the good old days were:-)
ctfchallenge17-Apr-2007 18:21
This looks fine. Besides it reminds me how you look at the world thru rose-colored glasses. Ha Ha! (wink) shu
Rod 17-Apr-2007 11:46

I've changed the WB to tungsten, I don't think I look as pretty:-)
Rod 17-Apr-2007 10:21
Thanks Kiki:-) but gawd this is done in flattering tungsten light, for once I did shoot in raw+Jpeg & just used the Jpeg. I could change the WB in the raw shot but then I will look like I really look:-) I will have a look & see.

Rodzilla vs. Sudoku :) Very funny picture, not too sure about the white-balance though.

Thanks Shu, I think!:-) No cloning but I did download & use the Arnold Schwarzenegger filter but it didn't work properly because I'm so short, mind you the Dolly Parton filter worked well on Mereana:-) It's all ahrt init.
ctfchallenge17-Apr-2007 05:18
Talk about using Photoshop!!! (I see you sloughed off a few inches with the clone stamp my friend.) If you ask me, I think Mereana looks mighty scared as she's taken refuge behind the sheets. Poor thing! shu
Rod 15-Apr-2007 05:24
Thanks Sharon & Pedro:-) Sharon I got the idea of Mereana just looking over the book from your picy with the newspaper in the backlight challenge:-) I think me back is in much better shape than me front Pedro:-)

Excellent Rod...you're in pretty good shape, I must say ;-)

Priceless!!! ~Sharon
Rod 15-Apr-2007 01:15
Thanks Britt:-) No she's not giggling, she only giggles & even laughs when I take me boxer shorts off:-)
ctfchallenge14-Apr-2007 22:42
This is fantastic Rod...The look on Mereana's face is soooo funny. Is she afraid? Is she giggling? Is she wondering where her life has gone? Who can tell? :) Britt
Rod 14-Apr-2007 21:27
Thanks all:-) The boxers were straight out of the drawer so they haven't got that lived in look yet:-) I just used the tungsten light Jano for the warmth (& vanity):-) I thought it would look more ahrty done in the nude but the missus told me to bugger off, which she never did 35 years ago (well not as often):-) Thanks all again:-)

Priceless ! Am speechless too :)
ctfchallenge14-Apr-2007 19:23
This is hysterical Rod! Not that you look funny [well even if you do ;-) ] but the horrified look on Mereana's face is priceless! She wants to work on her Sudoku and you seem to have something else in mind! Love that Mr Universe pose! ;-) CJ
ctfchallenge14-Apr-2007 18:55
Too funny, Rod. And what was Mereana's answer? BTW my husband just turned 64 yesterday, but he wouldn't let me take his picture. :-(

Really great Rod, fits the theme very well. Did you starch those boxer shorts (ouch!) and I really like that "sock tan" you are sporting ;-)
ctfchallenge14-Apr-2007 15:10
Rod,
The message/title is clear & it's funny! Well done! I like the tone (who doesn't look better with a bit of warm color?). Thanks for reminding me that taking pics is supposted to be fun.
