Thanks Rob - I like photoshop and "contravery"........well a healthy discussion, anyway. :)
The background is just a high key conversion of the pod itself so I don't consider it over photoshopped. If I was to remove the coloured pod would you consider it just as a b&w image??
I am more concerened about opinions on the balance of the two elements?

Oh Andy, one thing that leaves me colder in photography than featureless white backgrounds is Photoshopped type ones:-) Some people call this creative & it might well be but I don't think its photographically creative:-)
Maybe an early controversy can start:-)
