The building definitely looks better and I like the silhouette. I really need to learn the pp but I would rather learn the camera first, as you said. THANKS!

I think that does look better Cindy as it gains a bit of wot we call "pop" Without a direct comparison with the original it’s sometimes hard to see how much it’s improved.
I had a play in Photoshop with it just to show you how much you can do in post processing, but it's far better to get it right in camera & not rely on too much PP.
Here's what I came up with. We don't normally post picys under some ones shots here as it competes with their posted picy but you can see it better to compare with your shot. I've made it more of a silhouette & straightened up the leaning building.
