Hmmm, can't say I figured out what this was without reading other comments. Kind of morbid indeed, but I guess art can be sometimes. Do hope you had to use a lot of imagination to come up with this idea Armin.

A little film noir! It's an interesting shot but I tend to agree that it is hard to tell what we are looking at, other than the knife, of course. That might not be a bad thing! ~Sharon

Now I understand. I was thinking murder most foul, not depression. Armin, I hope you don't feel that way! I agree with Rod, this is a depressing look at depression. As an image, I did not get the impression that that was a wrist in the BG. Maybe if there had been a trickle of blood leading to the drain? This is too morbid to contemplate so I'll have to move on. Gawd I'm not sure I like this, maybe it's the title leading me to think like this. For me this image is too depressing.
