I agree with Sharon that the bright pavement is distracting and that darkening will bring the focal point back to the cars.
An interesting idea, RK. I like the repetition of the wheels. This almost becomes an abstract. I do find the bright pavement lower left a little distracting. I think if it was darkened the picture would have more impact. ~Sharon
