Easily my fave of the bunch. This one great night shot db. I like how the small aperture creates that starburst effect on the light posts, it adds something extra nice to the shot, which is already really good just all by itself. A very clean shot.

Thanks a lot, Armin! If you make your mind up, let me know... ;-)) — db.

Hm, I think, this is my fav, although I'm in line: a difficult decision :o)

Thanks a lot, CJ and RK, for your comments I read with interest. No, CJ, I did not use any type of «artistic» filters for the street lights (neither on the camera, nor in post-processing); the star-forms you see is what the «naked» lens produced. — db.

Very nice composition on this one, the eye follows the embankment over the bridge & up to the silly sig. Wot a shame:-)

Like all three in this series...sharp and colorful.

I think I like this one best db - the light shining on the cables and beam draw the eye and I like the overall composition. Did you use a star filter on this? I like the looks of the streetlights. CJ

What you saw «in the open skies top left»—I’m afraid—was not a star but a hot pixel due to the 30s shutter time; thanks, Photocat, for pointing it out to me (so I could eliminate it). I do appreciate your taking the time to comment on all three of my entries! — db.

Db, Very nice start to the exhibition gallery!
This one is just gorgeous capture... the colors are so crisp and sharp. The stary flares of the lights are so typical and beautiful. I even see an actual start in the open skies top left. Looks like a very peaceful place. -Cat
