A Thing Explored The topic is.....A thing explored!!
Take a thing, anything on this earth …. But only one of its kind. Explore it and photograph it from all different angles, different lights, different distances, different WB, different DOF, different exposure, different background, pan it, compose it differently, different PP, crop it …. anyway you prefer… Then post 3 of your best shots of “the thing”.
Remember all 3 photos should be of the same thing and your photos should have the SAME one. You may include any other items in your photo to enhance your subject. For example: If you choose a flower, then all 3 photos should be of the SAME flower. You cannot have 2 flowers or any other flower in your photo than the one you chose.
For exhibition gallery, I am relaxing the rules a bit, knowing that one may not have 3 photos of the same thing. You are allowed to have 3 photos of same kind. For example: you choose a house then all 3 photos must be of a house. May not be the same house, but it must be a house and only one in the photo. The item selected for exhibition can be different from eligible.
You are allowed to move photos and place all three photos in the same place so it’s easy to review and comment. You can bring them together, one after another, but you cannot bring them ahead of your 1st submission. So if you submitted 7th, then the best you can get is 7th, 8th and 9th locations.
