Yes, I was shooting in manual but the bird was facing more towards me when I took the reading so it was very sidelit and was supposed to come out ok. Unfirtunately, he turned as I was releasing the shutter and the light hit front of the bird harshly. Thank you guys for the comment!
Maybe you took the reading off the background,,,its well exposed...but the foreground including the bird is overexposed. Tricky condition. Do you shoot in manual ?

This potentially has very good lighting Hernan but the harsh bright lighting on the front of the bird & branches spoils the shot somewhat. Good effort though mate:-)
