I really like this shot, Shu, with those busy old hands showing so much character. The focusing and DOF is just perfect. But while I agree that the warm lighting enhances the image, I think it needs to be toned down a bit. I think it would be a much better photo with somewhat less of an orange cast to it.

Beautifully shot with a lot of sensitivity & the warm colouring enhancing these lovely ole hands. Wonderful shot sweet one:-)

meets. Yes, it's a shame people here lose value as they age........they have so much to ADD to our culture! shu
this is beautiful Shu. I love to see hands worn by time but still doing something meaningful. I wish that we treated older people with the respect they deserve in our culture. Ann C
