I really like this shot, Shu, with those busy old hands showing so much character. The focusing and DOF is just perfect. But while I agree that the warm lighting enhances the image, I think it needs to be toned down a bit. I think it would be a much better photo with somewhat less of an orange cast to it. --Mary Anne

Ann--Nonni has worked as a seamstress for 73 years, does not wear glasses and is still charging about $2 to hem a garment. She absolutely loves what she does and the people she meets. Yes, it's a shame people here lose value as they age........they have so much to ADD to our culture! shu

this is beautiful Shu. I love to see hands worn by time but still doing something meaningful. I wish that we treated older people with the respect they deserve in our culture. Ann C
