The blurs are a bit much for me as the swirls of color seem to be jagging into a few legs. But I love the colors and it is an interesting effect.

Wow, a dizzying effect, well done, you do good work in difficult environments. ;-) Rich

Thanks for the comments. I have uploaded a new crop as Jano suggested. As for the tilt... this was a tilt by me standing on a chair and taking the view downwards. This is as per the original just cropped with no post processing..not even USM. The motion blur was a combination of taking it at 1am balanced on a chair after drinking far too much and people dancing. Thanks - Steve

Good capture of color and motion. I think some PS tilt would enhance the photo, but...I'm not the rule-enforcer here, but to my way of thinking it doesn't make any difference whether the tilt is in the way the image was shot or how it was post-processed as long as it is effective.

One more thing to add.... the shadowing on the left is a little distracting and perhaps a slight crop on the right to eliminate the dark bottom right corner? I think if you cropped off the left and right this would be a stronger image without any loss to the effect you desire? jano

Steve - I believe the tilt is downward which makes it on-topic - the one foot focused in the background works well here - the colors are great - I confess this makes me feel a little drunk :) Displays action and a woozy feeling. Nice job. jano

I really like this shot Steve the motion blur looks jagged, was it from post processing? I won't mention the tilt as pending is pretty full at the moment:-)
