The tilt makes the tractor look as if it was overwhelmed by all the snow. Very nice job!

Very good. With the tilt i'm waiting for all the snow to slip off sideways.
Don't like snow. Cold stuff.

Good one. I think the tilt works well here as it conveys a sense of struggling with the elements and trying to get the snowblowing job finished. I would love to see snow like this in my part of Japan. - alexoki

Thanks Mary Anne I'll watch for your postings. Rich

Rich, since you're in southern Vermont, maybe you'd like to join Sharon and me (and Lew, once he returns from his travels) in the New England CTF Challenge Society. We've gotten together twice for shooting photos and shooting the breeze...once at the Big E and another time at the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge. (You'll occasionally see our photos from those places in the challenges.) We'll keep you posted on future get-togethers.

Thanks Jano and Rod. Hey Mary Anne we got about 14 " in southern VT. I know what you mean about a frontal image of snowblower bearing down at you and the headlights blazing........maybe in the next storm, I'll need a model to operate the snowblower and a way to protect my camera though. LOL Rich

Good job of capturing the snowflakes, Rich. I was thinking that a shot of a snowblower from a different angle would really work in this challenge. You know, like from a lower angle with the snow blowing in an arc over you? Or maybe with the thing bearing down on you. We don't have a snowblower, so feel free to go with that idea if you get another nor'easter before the Challenge ends. Snowplow shots are another possibility. How much snow did you get, by the way? We got around 8-10 inches here in Western Mass.

What an excellent image of a snow storm, something I've been seen WAYYYY to much of around here, without the snowblower of course! And how nice to have a nice red barn to stand as the backdrop! I like the reds in the snowblower and barn as they pull this image together. This works for me :) Good capture of the snow as well. I'm hoping to get a nice shot of the snow sometime yet this season and this is done very well! jano
