I do think this looks better, altho I have to admit that I've been criticized for oversharpening. It's really a matter of what YOU like more in your own photos. I try to look at people's suggestions as something to consider and try out, as we are all attempting to develop our own aesthetic styles.

Thanks for "the votes" and Mary Anne I took your advice and sharped it a bit. I think you have a great eye. Yvonne

Yvonne, I love the colors and composition of this shot...it has a sensuous Georgia O'Keeffe quality to it. One quibble--I think it could stand a tad more sharpening. Maybe you and I can reign as the two-tone queens. LOL. Maybe it just goes to show that women's minds are more complex than men's.

Hi Friends, Thanks for the comments, it feels good to have some. This is actually a differant shot than the "blush" one Abs, but the same location...a tulip farm near my home. Rod, you guys do pretty darn good....I have to stay up late to compete! LOL Yvonne

Wow this works a treat with both colours repeated in the background. Us blokes are having trouble getting one colour on colour & you show off with two colours on two colours. I wonder how many Mary Anne will come up with:-)
Great shot Yvonne, very well done.
