A large area of wall. A window. What's not to like?

Interesting comment Abs. Now that I think about it, you’re right about my square tendency to crop. I really do it unconsciously, without thinking of the picture’s final dimensions. I just crop where I think it looks OK.
Rod, I just posted 3 nice postcards for you in the Exhibition Gallery. Hope you like them. :)

this is my favourite of the two. may be because of the colors...excellent composition.
i feel signs are a little close to the left frame. but i think, you seem to opt for almost-square composition more often...so it fits the theme of the challenge very well.
bottom-line for me would be, both are nice images with lots of character and dynamic composition.-Abstract

Now we're getting arty, are you leaving our postcard club?:-) I love the colour of this it's sort of saturated & subtle all in one. With just slight shadows as well.
Well done mate.
Who needs a dog in the window, a Jose;-)
