If I were God

Big Sur, California

... my ideal world would be surrounded with tall jagged cliffs plunging straight into emerald oceans. I would crown the cliffs with colorful flowers and I would sprinkle pristine secluded beaches every here and there.

I try to capture in photography those rare moments when I stumble across the kind of beauty I wouldn't change even if I had all the power in the world.

Terrific shot, I really like it wouldn't change a thing, except rotating about a degree ccw, but that may be just the nitpicking way I see it.

Two beautiful scenics from your great Pacific Coast, Ioana! Lovely color saturation and, of course, your sensitive commentary adds to the images. I'm so happy you joined Pbase! Shu

That must be a great place as some of the great photographers spent lots of time there. You have done it justice as they did Ioana. Well done.
PS. The great photographers never put adornments or sigs on their shots, just a simple white or black border if at all. I think a black border would have worked better on this shot as white does attract the eye being backlit on a monitor:-)
