Pogo *

Our kitchen

Pogo is now 15 years old. My husband picked her out of a litter of stray kittens when she was so tiny she fit easily in his hand. He chose her because of the spot on her nose. She has been a wonderful addition to our family for all these years.

Ann, I guessed this was yours before I even opened the larger image. It's a great shot, reminding me so much of our little feisty cat Trixie, who is a calico but has the same lovely eyes.

To Lonnit...you have a warped mind! (But I love it.)

Nice capture. I, BTW, would have named her Spot! LOL! Actually, I had a snake (B&W california king) named spot. And I will admit that the only reason I'd ever get a dog, would be so I could name it Everybody. The concept is that it would confuse and annoy the crap out of people when I'd call out, "Come here Everybody!" and all the people would start to come and I could say to each, "Not YOU!! EVERYBODY come here!!", or say things like "Where is Everybody?", "Everybody wants to eat.", etc. The other name I'd be temped to use, for any pet, would be Peeve, and then I could introduce him as my pet Peeve! LOL! ~ Lonnit
