Boy, you got some neat things in your place! When will you have us all over for some schrimp on the barbie?? Nice shots, Matey! Shirley

Gday Phil, Yes it's me RB I'm here pretending to be a photographer. The distractions in this shot are there because I'm going through me Dali stage:-)
Do you mean the thumbnail gallery? You have to click on the thumbnail to look at each shot to see the artiiiiists name.:-)
Phil 03-May-2005 10:33
I like the facial expression, the cup, but mostly the soles of your boots in the foreground; nice use of perspective. The background distracts me from the elements that appeal to me most.

Are you RB? This is Phil Jeffery, aka Nelso, aka Paul Hergest's mate. I find this site hard to make head or tail of. Is there a way of identifying the originator of the images in the gallery, or am I missing something obvious?

Right on topic with that smug mug look going on there! I think tipping just to the left would be an enhancement - other than that, I think it portrays your relaxing mood with a cup of tea. I also like the perspective of feet in the foreground. jstrong

Rod, I liked your similar b&w shot (from "comfort zone") way better than this one.

Rod, excellent perspective. Perfect DOF, very pricese.

Me teeth are in yer boofhead, otherwise I'd get tea dribbles all over me best shirt.
Paul 01-May-2005 02:07
This one looks bizarre as if you're floating in space, what have you got in that cup? Veeerrry relaxing. Put your teeth in next time though. That shirt too, was it loud shirt night at the R.S.L?
Rod 01-May-2005 01:34
I have indeed, but what I was thinking about didn't:-)
Guest 01-May-2005 01:25
well...at least you have your clothes on! :-)
Rod 01-May-2005 00:55
Is this one a bit better with clutter & blur? Gawd I didn't post the first shot as a good photo it was only posted to get comments such as,
"My you're a handsome hunk".....or
"You must be so tall, your feet hang over the end of the chair"
:-) Thanks Lonnit & Andy.

I think the clutter could be a plus if it was total. Being surrounded by clutter gives reason to put your feet up. However in this case the clutter stps at head level and gives way to bare wall. The idea is good though.

This does have a mood captured. The clutter bothers me though. I'd select the entire background and blur the heck out of it so we can concentrate on the subject here. :) ~ Lonnit
