Run, rabbit run*

Speak to me/Breathe

Last year, I did some experiments in order to learn about
the difference between 1st and 2nd curtain flash.
Here, I have used 2nd curtain.
(It is obvious that I did not take this shot with regard to a challenge;
I am aware of the busy background and I am not quite glad about it.)

Canon EOS 10D
1/5s f/3.2 at 30.0mm iso100 with Flash full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Better composition and now we have our eye on the rabbit! Shu

Cool shot!

@ Eosman: Of course you are right, particularly as for the previous version. But I think that Shu's hint helped a lot.

Splendid idea! Thanks, Shu. (I had tried other crops before I have put up the previous version but I always cropped the left part instead of the right one. This did not work so I finally used the original crop.) Nice to get this hint on cropping from you of all people ;-) Four eyes see more than two.

I don’t get the impression that this rabbit is going to run too far :)
Too many things around it that are distracting too IMO.

Maybe a tighter crop would help with the background, especially on the right-hand side and bottom. Then you could clone out any other distracting elements. The rabbit would have full attention. IMO Shu
