Thanks. Children are my favortite subjects. I wish I could post some of the shots I've taken at school and on school field trips, but I can't. The kids are just so adorable and the faces come from all over the globe. :) ~ Lonnit

You have a wonderful way with photos of children, Lonnit.

Yes... It's on topic, since its shot on the diagonal. Beautiful portrait... Lonnit!

Nice picture.

Of course it's on-topic; it's a diagonal composition and the main focus is the triangle of eyes and mouth.

No, the lighter area of his right eye is not a reflection. The window highlight is to your left, and the light area of the eye it to your right of the reflection. Cool huh?! ~ Lonnit

"BTW, notice the eye? He has one eye that's 1/4 blue, although it seems to be turning more greenish these days. ~ Lonnit"

Hmm, you mean it is not a reflection we're seeing there?

This is a nice shot, *but* is it on topic?
ctfchallenge26-Mar-2005 20:28
Thanks all. It was just window light. There is some burning around the edges as well. ~ Lonnit

Splendid capture Lonnit! Is this with your new lights or a window? Either way well done! Brian

I love the purple background

I knew it! :-) Really. I keep thinking that this kid sure looks like Lonnit's. Wonder why she didn't sign the photo as her own.

GAK! How'd you guess! LOL! ~ Lonnit

Is this a Lonnit? It needs a name.
