Peters Drive- In

Calgary, Alberta, Canada

A Calgary landmark. People come from all areas of the city no matter what the conditions are to get a burger and a shake. On a summer evening the line-ups are hundreds of people long, but no one ever leaves their place in line. The little white dots are snow, not noise.
These are the weather conditions when this shot was taken mere moments ago...
-10°C Overcast. Light snow. FEELS LIKE -19°C
WIND N 28 km/h
GUSTS
RELATIVE HUMIDITY 92%
DEWPOINT -11°C

DOH!!! That was on my list of potential subjects. It is a great landmark and good food. Worth the wait in line. Good shot and commentary.

I appreciate your enthusiasm for the topic you selected. Hopefully some positive comments will encourage more entries, there are a lot of towns out there that have not been represented yet.
