This shot is of a housing estate that backs right onto AMARC (Aerospace Maintainance And Regeneration Center) where the military stores all of it's planes. It's very strange driving through this seemingly normal housing estate, to be suddely confronted by fields of planes.
It appears in the photo that the owner of the house at the back has a huge jet in his back yard.
Having visited Tucson in October I must say that this is really very typical street. Unfortunately, I never made it to the Air museum

Excellent shot, this gives me a real feel for the place & what a strange juxtaposition looks unreal. Well done Richard:-) The commentary was very informative.
My husband would love this place! Just as well we don't live there cos he'd spend all his time looking at the planes. Good on topic shot, cos it shows something totally different to where most people live.
