What a choice Don as being deep & meaningful is almost a requirement for a career in poverty:-)

atothev... thank you... especially on a weekend when my main form of incoming correspondence is spam. Cheers.

Rod... I'm nothing if not superficial... being deeply shallow is almost a requirement for a career in advertising :-)
Rod 27-Nov-2004 04:05
Well that's really something then Don, the way you have shown such a deep & meaningful thought in such a superficial way:-) well done mate.

Tomas... I enjoyed the joke. Thanks.

Hi Rod... if you're asking whether I'm contrasting the traditional religious observance of the birth of Christ with the modern commercialization of the holiday beginning in early November and shifting into high gear right after the Thanksgiving dishes are dried and put away by photographing an angel and a Bennetton babe eyeballing each other in one of Hong Kong's largest shopping malls -- and in the process showing that it's no longer possible to see one without the other -- I guess the answer would be... I'm not sure. I'll have to think about it.

I'm not sure what's the religious significance of commerce, but the elements of commercial significance of Christmas are all around :-). First comment was just a joke though and the picture is very nice and right on topic. Tomas

Do you mean the religious significance of Xmas & commerce?
ctfchallenge26-Nov-2004 10:44
Oh, I thought those are synonyms. You can't be more off topic, Don :-). Tomas
