* Hell"s Gate Bridge

Hell's Gate Bridge, NYC

I didn't know why it was called Hell's Gate until I went there and saw it in person. I knew immediately, by looking at the currents and eddies, why it was so named. That water is nasty!

Lonnit, why is it you don't understand anything I say until after I've had me afternoon nap? Your little thin border looks a lot less distracting than all the others posted here including your own. Why don't you try one like this on the leaves & branches shot? The "atomic" I refer to is the bleeding glare one gets from pure white on a monitor like in blown highlights & white borders. Holy mother of Archie why people don't use off white is beyond me. OR as you have posted here a thinner border that doesn't seem to glare but I would think it would still be distracting on a darker shot. Like the very thin white line around that beautiful grass shot from the Black Forest, totally unnecessary on a great shot like that. Young people of to-day:-)

Non-atomic? Ok, now I'm totally lost. I haven't a clue what you're saying. I think by brain just froze up and I couldn't comprehend anything past Uncle Roddy saying, "I like the border"!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!! ~ Lonnit

That looks like the Sydney harbour bridge. I like the sky colour & the thinner white border that appears non atomic:-) well done.
