Really nice. I'll have to remember about that lens whenever I get the chance to buy a DSLR. Over here we have great butterflies and other kind of fauna that would make great subjects.

@Nugar: About 60 cm, if I remember right. (There is no distance information stored in EXIF data, probably because I focussed manually). I love this lens for macro shooting; in order to achieve a scale of 1:1, you still can stay 47 cm / 1.54 ft away from the subject.
