It was probably an hour or two before sunset, though it was quite a dull day. I used a combination of ND filters and a polarizer to allow a long exposure. I wanted to see the white curve of the sea on the beach.

Adam, I like this one. It is smooth and you can follow that coastline through the cliffs to the end of the picture. I noticed the long shutter speed and small aperture. Was it really dark when the picture was taken? I like the calm effect that it gives to the coast. Nice picture.
