Nose shadow bugged me too. The main light was a lighted makuep mirror on a vanity next to the bed. I ended up using a flash on the subsequent shots. You're right about the pillow. I like the light there, but it does draw the eye out of the frame. I should have noticed that. Your "nitpicks" aren't nitpicks; you were completely right about them. Thanks. ~ Lonnit

I like the color on this one the best. The lighting is also nice, except for a couple of minor problems. First, the shadow of your nose is too distinct. Since it probably would have been difficult for you to move the main light (which I am guessing is the sun), you should have used a fill flash to lessen the shadows. Also, the bright spot on the pillow draws attention away from your face and out of the frame. These are just nitpicks. Overall, it's a very pleasing photo. --Garrett
